The Emeraude Sea Tec group brings together previously dispersed activities under a single banner. The aim of this new structure is to provide a clearer offering for both discerning yachtsmen and demanding professionals. It is based on four distinct but interdependent divisions: sales, technical services, refit and hybrid motorization.
New multihull sales: positioning on premium brands
Under the banner Emeraude Multihulls the Group continues to market NEEL and LEEN trimarans, as well as BALANCE catamarans. This positioning enables us to meet both high-end and blue-water demand. Distribution covers France and Spain, with a marked specialization in power and sail cruising multihulls.
Approved technical service: towards multisystem maintenance
The subsidiary Azur Boat Services focuses its activities on dockside and afloat maintenance. It is certified to work on energy, electrical, air-conditioning, refrigeration, desalination and electronics systems. Work is carried out by manufacturer-approved technicians, guaranteeing compliance with industry standards, even for 20 to 25-meter units.
Refit at the heart of the system: ramping up and plans for 2026
Under the name Emeraude Yachts the Group is developing a refit offer mainly dedicated to professional customers. However, there is growing demand from private customers, particularly for modernization and winter safety operations. Project 2026 calls for the opening of an integrated joinery facility and the capacity to work on units up to 30 meters long.
Hybridization and powertrains: a regulated homologation process
With Hybseago emeraude Sea Tec invests in the hybrid motorization segment for all types of hulls, new or retrofit. This activity is governed by a manufacturer's approval, which authorizes certification of installations to CE standards. This segment targets intermediate pleasure craft, with a focus on reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
A strategic presence in three Mediterranean locations
Canet-en-Roussillon, La Grande-Motte and Port-Leucate: a triangle of services in the Mediterranean. The Group now has a total harbor capacity of over 8,000 m² and 30 berths for multihulls up to 25 meters. This geographical deployment enables us to cover the technical needs of a large part of the Mediterranean coastline, while facilitating the logistics of interventions and wintering.
More professional everything
With Emeraude Sea Tec, the historic company Emeraude Multihulls marks a turning point towards the controlled industrialization of its activities. This structuring around four divisions paves the way for technological developments, particularly in the field of hybrid propulsion. By 2026, the ambition is clear: to become a key player in refit and multihull maintenance in the Mediterranean. It remains to be seen how these structuring choices will be accompanied by an increase in team skills and adaptation to growing environmental standards.
